  • Incorrect or damaged product
    We apologize for any inconvenience caused if you receive incorrect or damaged products. We will only provide returns and full refunds to customers for products damaged upon arrival. Products will not be returned or refunded if items are damaged after shipment, such as customer mishandling. Please fill out the return form below and explain issues with the item. Please provide photo documentation and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service before returning the product if you have any doubts or questions. We are always happy to help and provide the best possible service to our valued customers.
  • Return Item
    For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories, tags and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer store credit. In addition, please note the following: The following products are not eligible for return: Food products; Customized products, such as collars and leashes that are made to order; Products that are on sale.   • Refunds
    Sev's Kennel understands that sometimes things don't go as planned when it comes to pet care. We do not offer refunds for returns. However, Sev's Kennel will provide store credit for all returns. This credit can be used towards any of our services and products. Our goal is to make sure that all of our clients are satisfied with the care we provide to their furry family members.   • Pay safely
    Sev's Kennel uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This is a method of encrypting data you send over the internet so that only the recipient can read it.
  • Using discount code
    Would you like to use a discount code? Make sure you are logged in, only then can you use a discount code. You can apply the discount code during the ordering process by clicking on "Use discount code" under the payment options block on the payment page.

  • Delete profile
    You want to delete your profile from the webshop. Send an email to sevskennel@gmail.com from the same address you use in your profile. This allows us to check that it is a legitimate request.
  • Can't Login
    If you cannot log in, follow the steps below until you are able to log in: Check that you have entered the correct email address Check that you have entered the correct password Request a new password by clicking on "Forgot your password" Are you still unable to log in after following these steps? Please contact customer service.
  • Create an account
    You create an account by registering on our website. To do this, click on "Log in" at the top right of our website and then on "Create account". Enter your details in the screen that opens and click on "Sign up". You will receive an email for confirmation.
  • Edit my profile
    For example, have you moved and do you want to change your details? You can do this by logging into your account. Click on "My account" at the top of the website and log in. You will then go to your account where you can adjust all your details.
  • Order Status
    You can view the current status of your order in your account. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information so you can track your order.
  • My order never arrived
    We're sorry to hear that your order did not reach you. If your order has not arrived, please first check if the correct shipping address was listed on your order. Please note that Sev's Kennel is not responsible for any issues arising from customers providing incorrect shipping information. However, if the correct address was provided and your order still did not arrive, please reach out to our customer service to discuss options for a refund or potential reshipment of your order. We are committed to ensuring our customers receive their orders in a timely manner and will work to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
  • When can I pick up my order?
    Pick up times are scheduled between 9:00-17:00, Monday through Friday. If you cannot pick it up, there is an option for the Fairbanks, Fort Wainwright, Eielson Air Force Base and North Pole areas for delivery ($10) between those hours. If those hours are inconvenient for you, please send us a text at +1 725 264-7909 or an email at sevskennel@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do for you.
  • Delivery Costs
    Is your order lower than $49.99? Then you pay $9.99 for delivery. For orders over $49.99, delivery is free. We deliver to Fort Wainwright, Fairbanks, North Pole and Eielson Air Force Base.
